Typical Delivery Times For Orders

Orders placed by noon Monday through to Thursday are usually delivered within 24-48 hours. Orders received by noon on Friday are usually delivered the following Monday/Tuesday. Please allow around 5 business days for UK orders. Note we do not currently ship outside of Ireland and the UK.

Delivery Delays and Returns

We use reputable and trusted couriers to deliver our products safely and securely. All packages are tracked through your unique order number and must be signed for when you receive them.

If delivery is delayed for more than 28 days you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In such circumstances we will refund any money paid by you for the products plus any shipping charges.

Please be aware that parcels returned to us due to non-collection will be subject to additional postage charges if re-sending products.

Deliveries are made on business days only. During Bank Holiday periods and National Holiday periods there may be delays in deliveries. Please refer to your courier’s website for up to date delivery information during holiday periods.

Please note that some delays may occur due to special packaging, handling and transport requirements for NEUÚ products. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by regulations to which we fully adhere, therefore shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If your order is affected we regret any inconvenience in advance and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside of Ireland. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of NEUÚ.
